Jared C. Tilton/Getty Images(WATKINS GLEN, N.Y.) — Denny Hamlin won the Sprint Cup Series’ road course race at Watkins Glen International on Sunday.
He and Martin Truex Jr. dueled on the final lap of the Cheez-It 355 at The Glen, until contact from Brad Keselowski’s car caused Truex’s car to spin out. Truex finished seventh.
Joey Logano, Keselowski, AJ Allmendinger and Tony Stewart rounded out the top five.
