Charlotte Hornets center Dwight Howard has been fined $25,000 by the NBA for making an obscene gesture toward a fan during Sunday’s loss to the Minnesota Timberwolves. Howard made the gesture during a stoppage in play late in the second quarter, shortly after he got assessed a technical foul for jawing with the referees.
