Patrick Smith/Getty Images(CLEVELAND) – Cleveland Cavaliers star LeBron James says he and some of his teammates will attend Saturday’s college football game between Ohio State and Michigan.
James, an Ohio State supporter, says he has always wanted to attend a Buckeyes game and will be in the crowd for the rivalry matchup in Columbus.
The meeting between the No. 2 and No. 3 teams in the college football rankings could have national playoff implications.
Ohio State players will be sporting LeBron James gear when they take the field, as they are set to debut new cleats inspired by James’ basketball sneakers.
After the game, the Cavaliers travel to Philadelphia to take on the 76ers on Sunday.
