The first ever RMH Hustle for the House 5K Run & Family Bubble Walk. To be held on June 26th, 2021. Register before Jun 14th and receive a Hustle for the House t-shirt and RMH striped socks. This family friendly event is for runners and walkers of all skill levels. The event will be held at the Old Storybook Island Shelter in Rapid City, SD. Come join us in celebrating all of our local Ronald McDonald House families who have stayed with us. We’re also celebrating our local heroes who are there for us day in and day out. Out police, fire, EMT’s, Dr.’s and nurses.
The 5K begins at 8:30am, Family Bubble Walk at 10am, and entertainment, food trucks, and raffles from 11am – 1pm. All proceeds from the run/walk will benefit the Ronald McDonald House Charities of South Dakota to ensure children and their families from all over South Dakota are provided with all the comforts of home while their children undergo urgent medical treatment at area hospitals and clinics in Sioux Falls, SD.
The Ronald McDonald House Charities of South Dakota supports every county in South Dakota and some surrounding counties in other states. Since 1983 we have provided a place of respite for over 17,000 families who have spent over 120,000 days and nights at one of our two Ronald McDonald Houses in Sioux Falls. In fact, since 2015, the RMH has helped over 2,200 families in the Rapid City, SD region alone. Please help us to help families stay close to their sick or injured children.
